About Eric Hughes
Hello, my name is Eric Hughes. I am a real estate broker and have been practicing Commercial Real Estate in Houston, Texas for over 18 years. My specialty is industrial and office brokerage. I have negotiated 100’s of leases and purchase contracts and have been involved in over $100 million in commercial transactions. My last 12 years to current have been at TNRG, a commercial brokerage and development firm specializing in industrial and office commercial real estate.
My degree is in Real Estate with a BS in Finance from the University of Houston. I really enjoy the challenge of getting tough deals closed and been privileged work with some of the best problem solvers in the business.
Hopefully, my sharing insight into the commercial real estate arena will be of assitance to others.
